Not really sure, but I've seen something like it years ago.

When I saw it, we were going from one table format to another. Notes 4 didn't have enough space to represent all table attributes, so Notes 5 enhanced it.

It makes me wonder how old your original table is.

In any event it may be worth creating a new form, new tables, and copying the fields 1 by 1 into the new table (don't copy/paste "as a table"). Then see what y'get.
